Tips time! GINGER-did you know that ginger is an effective natural pain relief? Anti-inflammatory that helps reduce pain and inflammation special on muscle pain…both raw and heated have same effectiveness. 5 g fresh ginger or 1 tsp of dried ginger. Can be added to stir-fries, curries, soups or into tea if you have e.g. tooth pain.
