Golden Rules of Tanning
Do not overdo things, tan sensibly. You should not tan more than once a day, this is the most important advice of all.
The rule of thumb is a maximum of ten sessions within two to three weeks. Once or twice a week is sufficient to preserve your tan. In addition, the following tips should be observed
